After a lot of frustrating moments at the lathe, I believe that I have finally learned to make
Reelfoot Lake style duck calls. I have ruined untold amounts of wood trying to figure this out.
Thanks to the patients of some really good folks out there, with some much needed advice and
answers to stupid questions (I am a teacher, yes stupid questions do exists) I will have a few to
sell at the Waterfowl festival at Reelfoot in October. Below you will find a couple of my "UT"
calls. I only have enough of the orange material to make somewhere between 10 and 15 of
these calls, I have not determined a fair price yet, would you like to make an offer? If you
include the reed, these calls contain 100 pieces of material!
